Our large scale capacity allows us to be reactive to changing demand enabling us to ramp up (and down) production as necessary. The mattress industry is known for its peaks and valleys, and we have structured our platform with this in mind.
Being fully owned by Culp, Inc., we have the advantage of producing the product from fabric concept to finished product. This cuts costs, improves lead times, and makes the supply chain easier to manage for our customers.
At CLASS, we have the capacity to maintain quality assurance from concept to finished product. Our fabrics designed in-house must pass quality tests before arriving at our facilities. We also have standardized manufacturing, IT and QMS processes across all platforms.
